We have completed the configuration of a new mass deep soil mixing (DSM) and stabilisation rig based around a 50 ton excavator, which we believe to be the highest capacity mass soil mixing rig in the UK.
The new machine features advanced machine control systems to ensure quality execution of the works and it can provide detailed outputs for validation purposes.

At the business end we have installed a customised soil mixing arm that provides high rotational speed and increased torque. Coupled with a larger mixing drum and our unique high pressure grout injection system, we’re able to achieve even better results for our clients.
